How much does the course cost?
For the price of $1,995, you will be enrolled in our hybrid curriculum course which combines on-demand learning and executive coaching. You will have three one-on-one coaching sessions, personalized career planning, real-time assistance in expanding your professional network, guidance in crafting your resume and LinkedIn profile, and support developing your career narrative. It will also provide you an active practice environment to hone and perfect your interview and negotiation skills to land the job and enhance your salary.
The cost of the hybrid curriculum of on-demand learning and executive coaching is $1,995. The program allows you to work 1:1 with an executive coach who will help you focus on key areas for your personal development and job search. You will develop a career plan, identify target companies you want to work at, learn how to network with top executives, build an outstanding resume and LinkedIn profile to get you noticed and support you in all aspects of your job search including learning how to interview better and negotiate your salary.

When does the course start and end?
Career Masters starts within the first week you sign up and lets you go at your own pace. The program is designed to be completed across five weeks where new videos, content and exercises are released each week. During the five weeks you will meet with an executive Career Masters coach three times. After the five weeks you will have lifetime access to the content and curriculum. Five weeks is the recommended time frame to allow for time spent on content, exercises and coaching, but you are free to move as quickly as you want through the program.

How many hours a week do I need to dedicate to the course?
Participants should plan to spend as much time as they need on the course. The course is designed to be very active so you will be reaching out to prospective employers, building your network and activating your new skills while in the course. The more hours you dedicate to the activities, the more you will be able to get out of the course. The course should be finished within five weeks from the start, but it can be as fast or as slow as you want.

Who is my coach?
Katie Baird is our head coach. You will either be working directly with her, or she will match you to another one of our coaches based on individual need and aspiration. All of our coaches are trained professionals that have deep experience working with executives. These coaches have been hand-selected by the Shine Talent team and have gone through the Career Masters training program to ensure you are getting personalized feedback and instruction.

Is the course confidential or will others know I’m taking the course?
The course is designed to be confidential with only your coach and the Career Masters team being aware of your participation. You will not be participating with other students.
