Kristine Shine is the founder of Executive Recruiting firm Shine Talent and the creator of the Career Masters System. Prior to launching Shine Talent, Kristine was the Chief Revenue Officer at PopSugar, President of the San Francisco Chronicle and held numerous leadership positions at Microsoft. She has worked with executives at some of the most renowned global companies helping them grow their businesses and develop their talent and teams.

Kristine's expertise has helped thousands of executives secure their next roles and subsequently fueled the curriculum in Career Masters. Kristine infused these key insights into the program to provide candidates the right tools they need to get the job they want.

ERICA FORTESCUE

Erica Fortescue is the instructional designer and co-instructor for Career Masters. She is a professional speaker and educator who is regarded as a leading expert in creativity, innovation, and learning science. Erica has designed and delivered workshops for the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Fast Company, and Forbes. She also trains executives at Fortune 500 companies such as ESPN, Disney, Google, Intel, and REI, as well as social sector organizations such as the American Library Association, Google.org, and the Truth Initiative.

Armed with her experience both working with executives and in curriculum design, Erica designed the Career Masters program so that it's both super engaging and easy to digest. This allows students to move quickly through the program to realize optimum productivity and output.

KATIE BAIRD

Katie Baird is the head coach that will help you throughout your program. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, she has worked with executives and emergent leaders across diverse industries ranging from financial services to healthcare, consulting, media, and technology, including Fortune 100 companies, Unicorn start-ups, and small-scale entrepreneurial endeavors. Katie's empowering, action-oriented approach to coaching enables her clients to navigate transitions and achieve meaningful behavior change with measurable outcomes. With her extensive experience as a workshop facilitator at Deloitte, Katie has honed her ability to empower individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential.
